VIP Shopping at Gucci

The first things that come to my mind when I hear Paris is the Eiffel tower and shopping. But nothing excites me as the latter. If you have been following me on social media, you should know by now that Gucci is one of my favorite brands that I often wear and is always part of my staple items. I adore it's classic and edgy style which I believe describes my persona when it comes to styling.

I met their Senior VP during one of my trips to Tokyo, and he introduced me to their France and Monaco Clienteling Manager and Retail Manager who I met with during my visit to their flagship store in Rue Montaigne. I was escorted to their VIP room with my favorite Laduree macaroons and champagne waiting on the table. One thing I love about VIP shopping is I don't have to rush choosing the pieces, nor I have to worry about filling up the floor with shoes to try on.

I was in awe after seeing their collection. Alessandro Michele never ceases to amaze me with his creations. His daring and bold style makes Gucci stay on top of its game among high-end brands. Ever since he took over, I don't remember a time not buying anything every time they release their new collection. Now that we are only a few months away from NY Fashion Week, I can't help but get excited.

Every time I travel, I never fail to stop by their stores. I feel like it has always been part of my itinerary to check them out. I do this not because of habit but because I enjoy checking out their exclusive country items. One of my favorite finds is the Gucci Princetown Ghost in pink that I bought during my trip to Tokyo. I was initially going to buy the simple Gucci Princetown in black which was sold out on my size in US stores, but I ended up buying 3 Princetown, the Ghost in pink, the one with lamb wool lining and the plain black one.
